ADMISSION
WE KEEP IT SIMPLE
Each person entering pays the $10 admission at the door. We don’t charge for playing or not playing. It is the cost to get in the gate. Just like going to Six Flags — you pay to get into the park, but don’t pay for the rides.

WE DO HAVE DISCOUNTS
Online you can find discounts with the Springfield Visitor & Convention Bureau, as well as offers from Campus Coupon book and other reward programs.
We also have Two for One cards that we offer to the public at various events as rewards.
If you are a frequent visitor, ask for one of our Extra Life cards. These earn you free visits! Learn more here.
KIDS + ADULTS
We are very happy to see the wide range of ages at 1984. We get everyone from 8 to 80 year olds. Our policy is that children cannot come to 1984 by themselves, and cannot be dropped off.

ALL NIGHT PASS
Once you’ve paid your admission for the night you can come and go as you please. Just let one of the staff know that you are leaving and that you’ll be back. We will make a mental note of you and when you return we will say “Welcome back!” How great is that?!
7 HOURS OF FUN!
PUSH BLUE BUTTON
Once you are in the door all the video game play is FREE! This is why we charge an admission to get in. All our games have a blue button installed down by the coin slot. Push this. A credit will be added. Then hit Player 1 or 2 and away you go! No quarters are needed for ANY of the video games.
