CALLING ALL PINBALL WIZARDS!

Step into our Pinball Room and find a wide variety of pinball machines.  We have classic titles like Black Knight 2000 and modern titles like Ghostbusters, that is only a couple of years old.  In this dedicated space, we now are able to rotate pinball games in and out.  You’ll find something new about every 3 months.

TAKES QUARTERS

Our pinballs do run on quarters.  Most of the games are 50¢, there are a few that are still 25¢.  When we first opened back in 2005, pinballs were on free play (no quarters), but in less than a year we had to make a change.  Too many times we would find games with no one playing and a ball in the chute.  This causes the machine to start “kicking” and can burn it up – literally.  When people pay to play they value the game.  Wear and tear is covered and we can keep them in working order.

To start the pinball: Put your quarters in the coin slot, make sure as they drop you get a credit noise and indicator on the screen, and then hit the START BUTTON.  If you didn’t get a credit check the coin return below.  Many times customers think their quarters were “taken” by the machine and either they dropped through, or they registered and the player didn’t hit the START BUTTON.  Or get one of the 1984 staff to help you out.
